Dmitry Lapin is a Senior Litigation Counsel at Axenfeld Law. His experience in intellectual property spans numerous fields and industries that focus on the protection, monetization, and enforcement of Intellectual Property. He has direct experience in litigating traditional copyright infringement claims as well as litigating against major online-service providers under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Dmitry litigates across the country to enforce intellectual property rights and regularly works with local counsel when needed.

He has also assisted many small business owners in protecting their trademarks, drafting formation documents, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.

Dmitry is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is on the board of directors of a small non-profit organization that promotes classical music within the world of video games.
