Marissa has over a decade of experience practicing intellectual property law. She started her legal career at a large intellectual property firm in New York City doing patent litigation, with an emphasis in the chemical and pharmaceutical arts.

After relocating to Phoenix, Arizona and prior to joining Axenfeld Law Group, Marissa worked at a boutique trademark firm and was involved in all areas of trademark law for a diverse roster of clients.

Outside of work, Marissa enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking and camping with her husband and dog.
