Brian is an associate at Axenfeld Law Group, LLC. Brian brings years of experience in corporate litigation, business immigration, and government regulation. He has first and second-chaired multiple trials in breach of contract cases and has petitioned for visas on behalf of solar energy hardware manufacturers and skilled electrical engineers. He has advised EB-5 regional centers on compliance issues, and has successfully appealed numerous adverse decisions by government agencies, including several brought before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Brian was born and raised in northern Delaware. Before joining Axenfeld Law Group, he served as of counsel at a boutique business firm located in Boston, Massachusetts and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Brian also clerked as an extern for the Honorable Sue L. Robinson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, where he drafted court opinions on numerous patent infringement cases.

Brian is also the co-lead author of a manuscript on hepatitis delta antigen multimerization published by the Journal of Virology in February of 2010, and co-authored U.S. House Resolution 1298, introduced during the 111th Congress, encouraging efforts to reduce plastic bag use.
